Therapeutic Bodywork + Massage

The body keeps the score… it holds our stress, our strains, and our anxiety. Massage and bodywork is one of the most powerful means to rejuvenate, repair, and restore what the body holds - balancing out the mind and the spirit in the process. This act of self care helps us build a calm and resilience that moves from the moment of the massage out into the daily rhythm of our lives: positively affecting our physical ability, our mental clarity, our deeper connection, and the quality of our relationships and work in the world.

Whether you are dealing with a very congested area, a sports injury, TMJ pain, general wear and tear, stress, or a need for release and rejuvenation, I work with each individual to customize an appropriate bodywork plan. Every treatment is personalized, utilizing various techniques and modalities to approach your needs. I believe there should be a tailored balance of relaxation and therapy in each session guided by the client. Having practiced for over 13 years, I combine deep tissue massage, myofascial release, TMJ massage, triggerpoint, energy work, cupping, Thai yoga + yoga, and stretching techniques to achieve a powerful and effective massage therapy experience. I tend to be most sought after for deeper tissue work, detail work and targeted release, an integrated + adaptable approach, and subtle energy work + reiki.

I provide an inclusive space that strives to be welcoming, considerate, culturally competent and safe for all people.

To paraphrase my colleague Missy Meyers… Regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, or size... Everyone has the right to a great massage.
